AFTER YOU

AFTER YOU After You is a study in what lingers. Built through layers of aged gold, worn surfaces and delicate traces of colour, the work feels like a fragment of something once held close, weathered, touched, remembered. Scratches, marks and fleeting flashes of pink emerge through the surface, revealing something beautiful beneath the erosion. There is a sense of absence here, but also intimacy. The feeling of someone having left, while somehow remaining everywhere. A meditation on what remains after someone is gone.
