A marketplace
with standards. A platform
with a point of view.
We verify every artist. We hold funds in escrow. We mediate disputes. We take a clear commission, publish it, and never collect more quietly. This page is the full explanation — every flow, every rule, every fee. No surprises.

Keep your craft.
Ateliera exists because emerging artists get taken advantage of everywhere else. We built a platform where the commission structure is public, the shipping terms are real, and the verification process actually verifies.
The full artist guide covers the five-day verification, what we accept and what we decline, pricing guidance, shipping requirements, escrow timing, and the partner program.

Not from noise.
Every artist on Ateliera is verified by a human. Every artwork is photographed by the artist. Every payment is held in escrow until you confirm the piece has arrived and is what was promised. If it isn’t, we mediate.
Funds are held until you confirm delivery. You have 14 days after delivery to open a dispute for damage or misrepresentation. Verified artists, real tracking, transparent pricing, no hidden fees.
The full collector guide covers the taste quiz, wishlist mechanics, the buying flow, shipping quotes, escrow timing, dispute resolution, and how to resell a piece through our secondary market.

Earn on what you close.
If you advise collectors professionally, Ateliera gives you a workspace — clients, projects, recommendation boards with curatorial commentary, and a clear commission when a client buys from a board you built.
The full advisor guide covers the application process, client onboarding, the three-pane recommendation builder, attribution tracking, and payout timing.

who knows art.
Buying art is personal. If you want a thinking partner — someone who knows your space, your budget, your taste, and can send you three well-argued recommendations instead of a thousand tiles — we’ll match you with an advisor on our vetted roster.
There’s no cost to request. If you buy, the advisor’s 15% is included in the piece’s price — not added on top. Full details on the advisory guide.

works privately.
For owners of privately-held works seeking a discreet channel — estate sales, collection rotations, dealer consignments — Ateliera offers private brokering with off-market discretion and institutional-grade documentation.
Private sales require provenance documentation, condition reports, and where relevant, authentication. We work with a small number of sellers at any time to maintain the quality of the channel.
Full details on eligibility, the vetting process, fee structure, and timeline in the private seller guide.

A marketplace is more than a list of works for sale. Around the transactions we build the experiences collectors return for — curated exhibitions, live auctions, market intelligence, and editorial that takes its subject seriously.
The virtual gallery
Weekly curated exhibitions in immersive virtual rooms. Our curators feature three artists per show — collectors walk through, ask questions in real-time chat, and sometimes buy live during the opening. Archives stay up after the exhibition closes.
Enter Vernissage →Timed bidding
Seasonal curated auctions of works from top-performing and waiting-list artists. Anonymous bidding, published reserves where applicable, 30% buyer’s premium on the hammer price. Settlement in 72 hours.
View Auctions →Our proprietary index
The Ateliera 100 tracks the emerging art segment through our own sales data: price history by medium, artist trajectory percentiles, comparable sales, regional trends. Daily snapshots. Not a secondary-market clone.
View Market Index →Editorial with a voice
Long-form interviews, studio visits, exhibition notes, and context for the artists we show. Written by our curators and invited guest editors. No content farming, no AI. Published when there’s something to say.
