YOU WERE HERE

YOU WERE HERE You Were Here explores the quiet evidence we leave behind. Layers of muted gold, raw texture and gestural marks create a surface that feels excavated rather than painted, as though time has slowly revealed fragments of a story. Small bursts of colour interrupt the earthiness, like memories surfacing unexpectedly. The work speaks to presence and disappearance, to the traces we leave in places, in objects and in one another. A reminder that even what has passed can leave a lasting mark.
